When writing and communicating on social media and here, our imagined audience is comprised of residents of small-town, rural America who are new to equity work and to supporting traditionally marginalized groups in their communities. Education is one of our primary goals, and to that end we select topics and articles that we think will have a particularly important impact on that audience.
